Spring is the time for beginnings, to come out of hibernation and try something new. I hope that you all will give a different yoga class try or take a TRX or meditation class. Take yourself out of your comfort zone and see how you can grow from new experiences. Maybe even join us for a 7 am run on a Saturday morning!
